Report Method
Paper indicates the school has opted to receive the law school report in paper form. Image
indicates the school has opted to access the PDF image of the law school report that is available to
all US ABA-approved law schools.

Report Date
Images are available on the report date. Allow 8 to 10 working days after the report date for
arrival of paper reports at the law school.

Letter ID
Reasons a particular letter of recommendation was not sent with an LSDAS law school report:
LSAC has not received it; you did not direct the letter to the school; the school's preference is
dictating when it will be sent; or the maximum number the school will accept have been sent.

Reason
First Time - Initial Report to a law school.
Transcript, Letter(s) of Recommendation, Score, Prior Matriculation, Misconduct, Foreign transcript evaluation - Report generated due to addition or deletion of one of these items.
Replacement - Duplicate or new copy requested for reasons such as “original lost in transit,” “correction to letters", etc.

*CAS - update to the JD CAS report as a result of update/new transcripts or TOEFL score.

Letters of Recommendation

Each letter of recommendation sent through the LSAC Letter of Recommendation Service must be accompanied by a Letter of Recommendation Form. To print an LOR form, click on the Letter ID of the form you wish to print. Once you view a form for printing, you can no longer edit the information. If you need to print a generic LOR form for a recommender you have not identified to LSAC, click the Generic Letter of Recommendation Form link below.
